Ferrari Driver Died ; Taxi Driver Injured On The Job - 12 of May

Does any experts / insiders know, whether an autopsy was done on the deseased Ferrari Driver - for Alcohol-in-Blood Percentage ?
And if this was done, would this information stand as Fact in Court ?

Seems to me that the relative quick decision to cremate, may be like an attempt to destroy any further probes by authorities.

Which Lawyer is keen to take up this case ?

How many years, does one expect to endure the legal process ?
thanks

All the necessary forensic samples would have been taken before the body was released

car not travelling at 270kph so fast la but definitely speeding.
knn no sound of braking at all.
video taxi driver and thai passengers lucky like fuck.

This is what I call fate. If this video taxis driver was in a hurry and step on the gas...#@%*???

Conversation sounds more like Vietnamese to me

I think it is a good idea to install video camera in a car.... like a black box.

it does not matter whether he is drunk or high on drugs, he is dead, so there is no case right? Can you sue his family for compensation with singapore law? His family are not at fault. I do not know what is the law in such case, you are older and wiser, do you know?

Heard through a grapevine the following:

"The dead PRC driver of the red Ferrari was the brother of Ma Yong, one of the big mafia bosses operating in Chongqing. During the crackdown initiated by Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun on the Chinese mafia, Ma Yong fled to Guangzhou in the south.

The Straits Times of May 14 described the deceased driver, Ma Chi, as a 31-year old private investor. The latter never graduated from college.

According to some sources, Ma Chi used to launder at least 1 million of USD per month in Hongkong."

Appears the source is here but since I don't subscribe to FB, others who do can check.

One thing tells me there is more to it otherwise the MSM's would not be trying to gloss over one stupid wealthy Ah Tiong. Perhaps the Singapore government also knows this, but the Chinese Authorities might want to investigate this further.

Ok got this as the source....http://robinlow.blogspot.com/2012/05/ma-chi-ferrari-driver-that-killed.html?spref=fb

why take forensic samples from the body? for museum collections? :D

Normally will the information on what were "all the necessary" forensic samples taken be available to the public:confused: so that the public can determine that indeed they were all the necessary samples to make as accurate a foresenic assessement base on current level of technology.

A healthy level of skeptisim always helps.:)

so what if Ah tong has alcohol flowing from his orifices when he is driving or if his companion is giving him head...will the authorities release? I doubt so, doing so will open the door for lawsuits , damages ranging from Comfort to the taxi driver family. Even the Jap victim will swing in.

the pedestrain on the left must be having a bright lucky star shining on him, for NOT following the green man pedestrian crossing rules, else he would be flying like a shooting star..

Seems that pedestrian couldn't even notice the ferrari approaching, imagine the speed and distance that it has travelled to kiss the taxi.

This guy was in a hurry and could not wait for the Red Man to turn green
Red is his lucky colour

Well, maybe not. If the rich man dies, his wife will inherit his property and wealth. So, the family of the dead cab driver may not be able to sue her for the funeral and hospital expenses and compensation as the family maintenance.

What will a lawyer say regarding this ?

Whether the Ferrari driver is dead or not is immaterial insofar as liability is concern. It just mean that he cannot be charged if he is found to be at fault. The police investigation will still continue. later there will be coronal enquiries to determine the cause of the death of the three deceased.

The victims, taxi driver & passenger, the Ferrari passenger and the motorcyclist can lodge claims with the insurer of the Ferrari, if the driver is at fault. Regardless of whether he was drunk, the insurer has to settle all third party claims. If he is under the influence of alcohol, the insurer will likely add the Ferrari driver's estate as a party to all the claims and seek recovery from it.

If the Ferrari driver's family is smart enough, they should disposed off all their assets in SG park them elsewhere.

no wonder i'm able to sleep peacefully for the past two night, beside having to bear the rumbling sound of the MRT everyday,
in recent times there was this driver in a red ferrari revving its engine which is incrediblely loud at the juntion
which woke me up abruptly from my sweet dream in the wee hours of morning.
