Type C units, also semi-detached factories, would be open for sale at a later stage for construction and site planning reasons.
WB Land had started Frontier Industrial Park when it launched its Phase 1 units last year and all the 10 units have been fully sold.
Woon said WB Land was grateful that Dato’ Mohamed Khaled officially launched the project Saturday as it was indeed a defining moment for the company and for the future of “gated, guarded and green” industrial development.
This was indeed so for Frontier Phase 2, better known as Frontier 2, will be gated and guarded with mobile patrols and CCTV coverage. It also features a two-acre central park as well as eco-friendly design features to make it a “home for industries”, he said.

The 62-acre Frontier 2 has a gross development value of about RM354 million. With 95% earthwork completed so far, Frontier 2 would be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015, ahead of schedule.
“To further meet the needs of our end-users, we are providing
a dormitory for workers so buyers do not have to worry where to house their workers. Our buyers particularly love this. We have gone into the details to make Frontier 2 such a homely place for industries to thrive,” Woon said. The secured workers’ dormitory would be ready in the first quarter of 2016.
