Desa Tebrau

At e pace of development, lots of greenery will be gone in 5-10 years. Any landscaping to maintain greenery will have to come from residents' pocket. Inflation is kicking in now. So one must be willing to pay.
 
Don't forget about leisure farm.
It's greenery and maintenance level is impressive.
 
The developments with best greenery at Tebrau are Setia Eco Cascadia and Eco Spring/Summer. The rest are more bread and butter types.

I am more keen on the east side than the west like the nusa or Gelang P as I expect the proposed rail link from Woodland to extend to the east that will make the travel easier than driving. Expect they will impose fee for car entering JB.

Okay, thanks. $368k RM for a single-storey landed is still a lot cheaper than the new 1-bedroom/studio apartments selling nearby. No wonder there is a queue.
 
Nowadays new G&G landed is ard $300 psf built-up in Tebrau. So it is cheaper in this sense. Possibly without G&G that makes it seems expensive. Queuing for 1 week+ is no fun.

single storey houses even in KL outskirts are in great demand due to low entry pricing and no competition from foreigners, very little supply on hand from developers too.

I very much prefer single storey as I don't like staircases.
 
Progress on Phase 9D/E:- I was at Desa tebrau taking a view on the progress since my last visit some three months ago. There was practically not further progress, everything seems stand still since then. I noticed there were some tenches being dug along the already leveled road(still unpaved). These trenches apprear to be for the power cable. It seems to me that the project management is not well co-ordinated, the power cable could have been pre-laid before the road was leveled. Recall the sale rep Mr J told me completion and ready for hand over for this phasse is scheduled in May/Jun 14. desa trench12jul_2.jpg
 
Oh thanks. Save me a trip going up. Looks like power cable being laid to e meter box. This side is phase 9E getting keys at end of year. Trees have grown :)

Yah I rem it starts from ard RM 1.5m. Not bad lah, and near to Johor Jaya (for food & marketing) and Jusco Tebrau.
