Hi:thanks for the valuable infos, yes, I am looking around for an environment that is more greenery less crowed.
The developments with best greenery at Tebrau are Setia Eco Cascadia and Eco Spring/Summer. The rest are more bread and butter types.

thks for the info. Setia Eco Cascadia looks good. Will drop by to the show house.
I am more keen on the east side than the west like the nusa or Gelang P as I expect the proposed rail link from Woodland to extend to the east that will make the travel easier than driving. Expect they will impose fee for car entering JB.
It seems that nearby Taman Daya has launched new houses for sale. Any details, please?
368k single storey. ppl r queueing up 2days ago, 9more days to go. Looks like singapore style.
Okay, thanks. $368k RM for a single-storey landed is still a lot cheaper than the new 1-bedroom/studio apartments selling nearby. No wonder there is a queue.
Add : 24x70
Assuming 1300 sqft built-in, that is about $280 psf, which seems quite cheap. Gated and guarded?

single storey houses even in KL outskirts are in great demand due to low entry pricing and no competition from foreigners, very little supply on hand from developers too.
Thanks for the update !
Does anyone knows about the Precinct 12 at Taman Desa Terbrau ? I understand Plenitude has launched the Type A and B as well as C, how is the price like ? Is it worth buying ? Heard from my friend the 2.5 / 3 storey semi-D costs around RM1.5mil ... Saw this on YouTube which looks very impressive :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQyuE2wAPy8
