CST's Wife Falling into 154th's Trap!

Dear Elephanto King and Clear

You should read Chau. and how he defines a hunger strike.

1. Allowed to take liquids as defined by him as fruit juice and glucose and water. Where does the guy come from lumping everything together ? Hunger Strikers take liquids because of the threat of dehyration without which the question of death comes after three days or less. Water well thats a liquid, Fruit Juice thats fine it produces a little energy but LIQUID GLUCOSE, :-))) the same as all three ? And liquid GLUCOSE in use as a force feeding tool ?

2. Hunger Strikes who do not want to die :_)) Well there are enough famous examples of those who do die and those who do not die either because of force feeding or because they gave it up after their health went seriously downhill. I mean any moron with a sense of history would have read of people like Bobby Sands etc etc etc
Does anyone believe that Glucose Chee was in serious danger to his health ?

Locke

chiam censured chee for that and chee in return schemed and plotted to oust chiam. sadly chee was successful in doing that while the pap have failed miserably all these years. and then along comes steady poon pee pee lina chiam!!

IPutting aside all that UN reference, online dick definitions etc, my views are simple.!

First, you have one lockeliberal yelping shrilly that the UN hunger strike is not a strike because they used "fast" in their call. He doesn't seem to know the basic and what should be painfully obvious, that a hunger strike is nothing more than a fast, a political fast. But yet, he wants to argue.

Now we have a late entrant expert like you with your "views". It is not about "views". It is about informed views. I hope you are intelligent enough to know the difference.

Your views are worth a complete fuck off if they are not referenced or sourced. Try submitting a thesis or an essay with your "views" and see whether you can graduate.

All around the world, people have carried out and are carrying out hunger strikes with zero intention of dying.

In their Tianmen Square Hunger Strike declaration dtd 2 June 1989, Liu Xiaobo, Zhou Duo, Hou Dejian, Gao Xin, student leaders of the Tiananmen Square protests, announced a hunger strike where they specified a duration of three day, from 1400hrs 2 June to 1400hrs 5 June 1989. Like the one day UN led hunger strikes and the thousands of hunger strikes carried out around the world, they had no intention of dying. In fact, this is what they state in their June 1989 Hunger Strike declaration:

"We are on hunger strike. We protest, we appeal, we repent. We are not in search of death; we are looking for real life."

There are even relay hunger strike where people take turns to carry out their strikes with absolutely no intentions of dying.

Ghandi consumed lemon juice in his hunger strikes. Bobby Sands consumed salt to keep him going. Hunger strikers consume sugared water, glucose, coffee, tea, milk and other liquids during their strikes to keep them going. There's nothing abnormal about this.

As I have said, seeking comfort in each other's company and in a collective refuge of continued ignorance and strident but baseless shrills and loud yelps does not make you or your buddies right nor will it change the rules of hunger strikes. All it does is that it guarantees the four of you a Nobel Peace....forget that last statement. You probably won't understand the brilliance behind it.

BTW, with your entry, I no longer just feel like a reincarnated Einstein. I feel like an Einstein and Stephen Hawkings combined.

Again please pardon me. While humility is my greatest gift, it is hard to remain humble in the company of circus clowns who think that their uninformed but strident views will change the world and rules of hunger strikes or that braying loudly together will change a donkey to a stallion or a stallion to an ass.

Cheers bro. You have a good day too.

PS: Don't forget to thank me when you get your Nobel Peace Prize for your expertise on hunger strikes.

do the maths and you will realize that

even if 80% of Malays voted for our oppositions last GE, they will still lose in every constituencies expect PP, Hougang but maybe WP will win Aljunied GRC.

We can't afford to take that for granted. The PAP actually wants some of these PEP politicians to win as the scenario of having genuine oppositions in Parliament may well lead to embarassing and explosive revelations about the affairs of the state.

As such, we need to work hard on the Malay ground to make sure the lesser evil, the PAP, gets full support from the minorities.

It is about informed views.
Informed? You are entitled to your warped logic, but stopping disgracing yourself with the einstein/hawkings delusion !

I never said they need to die, but Bobby Sands dared death...
If hunger strike for a certain period, then have the integrity of purpose to stick to that ...

Spare us your googling skills, my pri 4 kid can do better ....

By your absurd logic, next you will telling me, they can take kit-kat for a break.... yeah, 'there's nothing abnormal about this' (where is your usual reference, who said that? haha), nothing abnormal, except that it is dishonest, contemptible & cowardly.

Continue to indulge in your own intellectual make-believe, Chau Ve Nist,
we are just posting in this forum free & easy, you go do your crap thesis !

Locke,

To that Einstein, the UN FAO is the expert on hunger strike. We were told to try our Nobel Prize there. Never knew there is a Nobel Prize laureate for hunger strikes!

Tell you what, tomorow I'll go on a hunger strike Chau style to protest that the FAO is misleading the world. Pls come with glucose rescue if I start dying, cos I dont wanna die.

Dear Elephanto

Even his example of the UN FAO is an exercise in stretching definitions and an abuse of an example. For example " world wide hunger strike" .......therefor hunger strike not meant to be a death strike......simple logic much like hunger strikes allow liquids thus glucose chee is justified.

Notice the UN FAO chief uses the words he "fasted". Simply put if 100,000 fast world wide for one day against world hunger, well conceivably you can present it as a united world hunger strike agains hunger.....................it would not be an abuse of the word

However when one or ten individuals hunger strike then it is very very different as he completely fails to acknowledge.

All these people are fucking hypocrites! and our Nobel prize Einstein -reincarnate parrots and idolises them to high heavens! Geez!

What will they do if the world fuck cares? They go back to suck lemons, drink tea, and fuck each other's backsides. Remember - they don't want to die, they are scared of dying, so pls give them a break and some glucose.

Sane people will just put them on the ignore or "dont' take me seriously" list. Better still, trash all of them.

Since PAP wants the whatever PEP, by supporting the PAP instead of these PEP aren't you going against PAP that you support?

You're confused.

Bro, let's be honest. If you were me and you were dealing with yourself, lockeliberal and gang, wouldn't you feel like an Einstein too?

I never said they need to die, but Bobby Sands dared death...If hunger strike for a certain period, then have the integrity of purpose to stick to that ...!:

You strode in to give your two cents worth of uninformed views by stating this:

"True blue advocates of a cause, whether you agree with him or not, are prepared to die for their cause."

Your measure, while worded differently, is no different from lockeliberal and his little gang of three, i.e in order to be considered a "true blue advocate of a cause", you have to be "prepared to die for your cause". Hence, if you are not "prepared to die", you are not a "true blue advocate of your cause" and and by logical extension, the hunger strike you undertake is fake.

No point backflipping now in the face of overwhelming evidence that your views were unsubstantiated, ill-informed and poorly thought out.

Spare us your googling skills, my pri 4 kid can do better ....!:

I am glad to know that your son has inherited your wife's intelligence. Could be a family disaster if he had inherited yours or your googling skills.

Don't be daft. I have stated right from the start that solid food is disallowed and not kosher. Kit-kat is solid food.

Continue to indulge in your own intellectual make-believe, Chau Ve Nist, we are just posting in this forum free & easy, you go do your crap thesis !

I am sure you are. That is why you get so worked up, vomit out your little insults and do backflips when you are shown up to be spouting rubbish that you can't substantiate. :) If you can't take on a newbie like me without coming out looking like a clown, how are you going to overthrow the PAP?

Everyone is a hypocrite, liar, coward, etc. Everyone except you and your little gang of four. What sort of argument is this?

You can't take on a newbie like me, how in the fucking world are you going to take on the Malaysians and invade Johore and zip and zap every enemy on sight? With your infraction machine gun?

I expect better from someone like you who claims that he has conducted Bridgade level planning. Look like the poster who suspected that you were nothing more than a boastful little CO's runner was right after all.

I checked your profile?????

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

you have to go so low to mention that?

try harder..... kiddo.

Nothing "low" and nothing to be embarassed about. I too, out of curiosity, check the profile of posters who I find intelligent, well informed or those who are able to come up with solid arguments.

Cheers.

PS: I didn't check your profile. Sorry.

Since PAP wants the whatever PEP, by supporting the PAP instead of these PEP aren't you going against PAP that you support?

You're confused.

No, I am not. You have to put yourself in an Einsten/Hawkings mode, i.e. if you can, to understand.

Notice the UN FAO chief uses the words he "fasted". Simply put if 100,000 fast world wide for one day against world hunger, well conceivably you can present it as a united world hunger strike agains hunger.....................it would not be an abuse of the word

So, you now shifting to a new goalpost after all your previous goalposts have been ripped apart. You now say the validity of a hunger strike is now a function of the numbers involved. If I show you that it is not, will you shift yet again to another goalpost and say the genuineness of a hunger strike is determined by the eye colour, penis size, fingernail length, etc of the hunger strikers?

However when one or ten individuals hunger strike then it is very very different as he completely fails to acknowledge.

I have provided the Tiananmen Hunger strike example involving 4 student leaders. It fits your one to ten individuals. Are you now going to argue that you said one or ten and not one to ten and therefore those four student leaders are fake hunger strikers because four and not one or ten were involved?

As I have stated, the world and rules of hunger strikes do not revolve around you or your ill-informed views and baseless opinions. Neither will the rules change just because the rubbish you spout springs from your hatred of Chee Soon Juan.

You can hate him but that does not entitle you to purvey rubbish and nonsense freely or spread falsehoods as gospel truths.

Dear Chau

Your selective editing of history is again amazing. I give you a wikipedia account of the whole Tianmen Square Protests including the Hunger Strikers. The link and excerpt is given below

://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiananmen_Square_protests_of_1989

"The hunger strike began in May 1989 and grew to include "more than one thousand persons".[12] The hunger strike brought widespread support for the students and "the ordinary people of Beijing rallied to protect the hunger strikers...because the act of refusing sustenance and courting government reprisals convinced onlookers that the students were not just seeking personal gains but (were) sacrificing themselves for the Chinese people as a whole".[13]
The hunger strike not only gained significant support nationally for the students, but also rang further alarms in China's top leadership. The national press, then still relatively free to cover ongoing events without propagating the party line, aired the talks between Premier Li Peng and student leaders on the evening of 18 May. During the talks Wu'er Kaixi, Wang Dan, and others openly accused the government for being too slow to react and rebuked Li Peng personally for lacking the "sincerity to conduct real discussions". The discussion did not yield much results, but gained student leaders prominent airtime on China's national television.[14] Li Peng and other leaders, however, maintained the government was only trying to "maintain order", but alluded to the students actions as "patriotic".
As the hunger strike escalated, numerous political and civil organizations around the country voiced their concern for the students, many empathizing with their positions. The Chinese Red Cross issued a special notice and sent in a large number of personnel to provide medical services to the hunger strikers on the Square. For the first time, on 19 May, two of the highest ranked members of China's central leadership, Premier Li Peng and General Secretary Zhao Ziyang went to Tiananmen personally in an attempt to neutralize the situation. At 4:50 am, Zhao Ziyang went to the Square and made a speech urging the students to end the hunger strike. Part of his speech was to become a famous quote, when he said, referring to the older generation of people in China, "We are already old, it doesn't matter to us any more." In contrast, the students were young and he urged them to stay healthy and not to sacrifice themselves so easily. Zhao's emotional speech was applauded by some students on the Square; it would be his last public appearance.

"Meanwhile, the demonstrations continued. The hunger strike was approaching the end of the third week, and the government resolved to end the matter before deaths occurred. After deliberation among Communist party leaders, the use of the military to resolve the crisis was ordered, and a deep divide in the politburo resulted."
