HPL later held it own internal inquiry chaired by an "independent" retired senior counsel. At the open parliamentary inquiry, Dhanabalan delivered the biggest porlumpar performance worthy of an oscar. This is also where 2 eggs in a kwa teow first emerged. The term open inquiry is always a circus act. Koh Beng Seng paid the ultimate price by being asked to leave and went to work in Thailand.

PSC does the appointment and sit above all this. They have removed CPIB senior people for misconduct after investigation by external parties. As I said before, it is not as powerful as you think. You just took two and two and think it will come out to four.
