1. Instruct the media to avoid painting this as a dispute between CECAN and sinkies. Make it individual.

2.Next few weeks media and newspapers will publish articles on how 'rampant' is such harassment (including citing examples of similar offences committed by sinkies) to obfuscate the issue.

3. Propose bill to deal with harrasment on security personnels( though I don't see the situation warrant such law.)
