A 2020 analysis of a Ralph Lauren polo shirt produced in Bangladesh shows the unit cost (excluding margins and transportation), is around US$3. The standard prices for men's polo shirts in S'pore generally range from S$209 to S$299. Some more premium or special edition polos may be higher, like those under the Purple Label, which range from S$649 to S$989.That is why the West are filthy wealthy and those producing it remain in poverty. The videos broadcast the consumers right to know and use their money wisely.
always knew there are thrift shops in china selling the real stuff at basement prices. some are rejects becos of small defects, can't pass QC but too good to be discarded. Imagine the hypercapitalism that has consumed China and the chinese people.
fuck you chow cheebai. go let your masters rape you. Self righteous sonofabitch. It is comprehensible of even Humankind Worldwide to buy such stuff, especially the wannabes rich, as sadly, Humanity often judges another by mere appearances - their looks, their AIR of confidence, what they wear & how they behave, which even scammers had learnt to do the same to scam others.
Just look at the proliferate so called social media on youtube, especially tiktok, etc, whom claimed to be influencers thru video evidences of the number of luxury goods they possessed - LV bags, gold chains, even Ferraris, in attempts to FOOL the naive into their pathetic con schemes, for mind or money....
The insignificant nobody me had even experienced such many times. I once dated a seemingly well off lady with accoutrements of wealth, gold & diamonds adornments, exquisite gowns, latest model of Iphone that she flashed to me, watch with a label of Rolex, & a LV bag, & claimed she could help me with better investments.
Unfortunately, it was the LV bag that gave her game away. She was highly drunk, & I had no tissues on hand to wipe off her vomit, so I took her LV bag to search for tissues which I know most ladies would carry. While searching, I realized that there were none of the usual markings of an LV item - the unique date & stamp code inside the purse.
I decided to go further, & just glanced at her watch. There were no cyclops lens that magnified the date....
So I send her home as she being drunk but still conscious, only in need of sleep. She gave me an address to a landed home in Holland area Swettenham Road in Singapore. I sent her there, where she got off, & then I quietly park a few distance away, to watch what she did next. A taxi came along, & I followed that taxi cautiously, to a decrepit shophouse in Geylang where she alighted & went upstairs. I saw the room window light turned on & after a few minutes turned off, probably to go to sleep....
The point is that do not be fooled by fake goods. Anyone can do so. It is only by Quality of goods that can enhance a person if one wish to impress others. Quality of goods is NOT enough, as quality is subjective & can only be proven over time. Never ever doubt the quality of China made goods - eggs made of cardboard, & even milk powder were sold.....not to mention the many other poor quality goods that nations bought from China or unfair China trade practices, complained to WTO & yet nothing was done by WTO....
It is BRANDING that will make a consumer trust an item, as it is OVER TIME proven by OTHERS whom had made use of such goods that it is worthy of purchase for the price that it is tagged for.
You never bang her? She was there just waiting. But nothing happened so she go geylang where a bang is assured. It is comprehensible of even Humankind Worldwide to buy such stuff, especially the wannabes rich, as sadly, Humanity often judges another by mere appearances - their looks, their AIR of confidence, what they wear & how they behave, which even scammers had learnt to do the same to scam others.

The insignificant nobody me follows the wise adage that nothing is free in this World. One either pays in cash or in kind later. She did not ask in cash, & thus I knew what comes next if I get emotionally & physically involved with her.You never bang her? She was there just waiting. Who will buy fakes ? I don't understand. Even they are the factory who produce the bags for the big brands , the brands can actually tell the whole world it's a fake and anyone who caught carrying will be sued.Keep mocking, China's economy will roll back to the pre-WTO days.
If China plays punk, it will roll back to Mao's era or the stone age.![]()
wait till you find out how much it costs to make luxury spectacle frames like Prada, Armani or even Oliver Peoples and Tom Ford. The whole optical landscape is controlled by a cartel, which i shan't name here. they bought over a certain lensmaker, and many of these luxury brands. And they have gone on to set up retail shops while distributing their products to dealers, and shops at the heartlands and malls. They don't care that they are cannibalizing their own business in Sg, becos their accounts are global. Before this takeover happened, selling specs was a lucrative trade. That's why at one time, many spectacle shops sprang up in Sg. There were only so many businesses that could give huge profit margins -- one was selling computers, the other was spectacle frames and lenses. Both are now sunset industries. So when you know the whole game is rigged for the benefit of a few, fuck them by turning the game on its head. I will go to the factory that produces these bona fide frames and buy each one at $x a piece, each and every time when i want to change my spectacles.A 2020 analysis of a Ralph Lauren polo shirt produced in Bangladesh shows the unit cost (excluding margins and transportation), is around US$3. Branding is very important. China Chinese are damn. Now you know the damn things these Tiong can do. They are generally lacking in all ways.
I agree that buying counterfeit products involves a willing buyer and willing seller, so the customer pays less for lower quality goods. There is a variety of fake branded items sold cheaply on Shopee, Lazada, Shein etc. There is nothing wrong with buying fakes. Both buyer and seller know they are dealing with fakes, sold at a cheaper price.
Tiongs however, fake the product then sell them off as though they are genuine.
LVMH has an effective global marketing strategy which includes the use ofTake the example of the company LVMH that was mentioned, started by the ThreadStarter. Louis Vuitton TOOK centuries to build up his fashion house, thru his progenies whom were taught in every aspect of quality & management, which he started in 1854 in France. They hired many, but eventually, only the best & those whom can meet the QUALITY standards of Vuitton were made staff of his enterprise. It is no surprise that his progenies would seek out cheaper or slave labor to produce the kind of Quality that the Founder had demanded back then, & now for higher profits, even at the costs of their own fellow citizens. The Chinese People of 1.4Billion working force population was chosen, & the selected good ones had the unique opportunity to be trained & managed by the best. Most consumers would not had known of such, as each LV good is labelled & serialized which bears the hallmark & standards of LV, & critically, believed to be made by renowned French artisans....until now.
It is not fake, just without the brand logo! There is nothing wrong with buying fakes. Both buyer and seller know they are dealing with fakes, sold at a cheaper price.

The tiongs will tell you to buy one and emblazon your name there. You want to put your pet dogs name also can, they are not obsessed with prestige and the need to catch up with the Joneses the way the fucking amdk are. Tiongs only care about making moneyI
It is not fake, just without the brand logo!
He is now putting his hand into pharmaceuticals as well. Good luckNothing new. Trump himself is also part of the game. He makes a ton of profit by selling his Trump's bible for US$49.90 when the cost price of this Made-In-China product is only US$3.
aka 特A货There is nothing wrong with buying fakes. Both buyer and seller know they are dealing with fakes, sold at a cheaper price.

And some touches to make it upmarketI

that's another rigged game altogether. It's part of R&D and many of these designs are done cheaply as well -- by interns, fresh grads who are desperate for portfolios and a leg into the industry. You can always keep things equitable in business. Look at Uniqlo. They work with designers as well, but how do they keep their prices low? Some of their designers are top talents in the industry. At least you know who they are, many luxury brands are impervious to scrutinyThose luxury brands share prices not hammered yet? China now wants to sell Direct rather than through third party pirates. But who design the stuffs. It's LVMH, Gucci chanel.....
