Don't believe everything that Sham says. If there was CCTV footage, the school should have dealt with it on an internal basis. Since it happened on the school grounds, a suspension or expulsion from school plus some sort of written apology from the boy should have been the punishment. In the old days, there was public caning too. Where is the CCTV footage? Lets see it? Just block the face of the girl, and lets see for ourselves whether any molestation occured and if so, how bad was it. More importantly, where is the footage of the boy's interview in the police station. That will show how many officers were in the interview, the language they used on him, the intimidation tactics, etc. Very easy for Sham to smear a dead boy who cannot defend himself anymore.
