You have a box of salt in the cupboard but you use it sparingly, right?

Likewise, although the variety of side dishes are salty, I pinch only a small portion to eat with my plain porridge...

Maybe moi can try Oats?

If plain porridge, salt is bad.
Instead add vege, soy products, tau pok, onion omellette.
 
I disagree. Fasting is actually very healthy. I plan to do a water fast. maybe for 18 to 21 days with spring mineral water in glass bottle. wanna do a cleanse of the body.

Playlist of this Dr doing an 18 days water fast with day by day recording on his fasting progress. He is well and alive. He even hired a research assistance to check up on fasting for 1.5 years and complie all data together and had written a book about it.

you claim that fasting as touting nonsense. so i disagree on that. If a person truly wanna fast, they will never beign eat. Simple as that.

if you exercise regularly and eat moderately, you have no problem with blood pressure. blood pressure is not even an issue at all.

I am even finding it odd that people talking about blood pressure like some hard science. just be active and eat well.

Just my 2 cents. Cut down on carbohydrates. Eat more meat n vegetables n most important. Fibre. Takes lots of it n ensure every day go to the loo. Regular movement is important.
