The petrol cartel in Singapore is always very quick to increase prices when oil price went up but they will become very slow to adjust price downwards when oil price drops!

Even in US, petrol prices have reduced drastically to Pre Ukraine War period but our Petrol Cartel is still acting Blur!

And PAP Gov is also acting Blur as well!
