bro charlie, it's actually quite fun trying to reproduce this dishes. i have a list of sg/my foods to reproduce. one of the succesful one is chsr kway tiow and fried rice. the rest is satisfactory only. many dishes waiting to be explored. enjoy the fun.

btw, my last disaster is chai tao kuay ( carrot cake). :p

All I could make or cook, in terms of SG food, is fried rice, not Char kway teow or chai tow kway.

However, I am not too bad with respect to western food. Live and learn, try and improve.

bro joe u still in sg? come to bedok blk 56 coffeeshop at the corner. look for ah hee fishball noodle. chilli very nice with pork lard. try the dry version, whole day but best during morning cos boss will be around. sorry can't bring u around when u back in sg. blk 58 market behind this blk 56 got famous bak chor mee soup only and morning only.

Used to live there for 4 years until I sold it and ran road to Thailand, I must say this is one of the best because of the sauce. Yes best best. Opposite morning prawn noodles also best best. Hmmm maybe tomorrow morning should go there try prawn noodles before I charboat to Jkt.

Paiseh, actually I don't know anything about payroll as all is done by a part-time accountant. I only do online bank transfer. :p
