actually to tell you the truth i have noticed a lot of dark skinned thai stars. Their top star bird thong chai even though he's half white looks very thaish and is quite dark skinned that's why i really think ram is talking cock in fact the thais with a more chinese look aren't really that highly regarded.
Put it this way, the Chinese are more 'behind the scene'. The real powerful families are still the Thai Teochews. Don't think it's in their interest to be in the limelight.

Bro pai seh i meant download accelerator where you use it to test your actual speed when d/ling programs or videos for eg. You use a download accelerator like idm or jdownloader.

These are d/l accelerators in which they can d/l a single file into many parts simultanously thus speeding up d/ling the file. Think of it as say draining a container full of water. If there's just one hole the water drains out slowly and that's how a conventional internet connection like the browser d/ls a file. When you use the accelerator it pokes many holes into the container so that the water is drained out faster so the file is d/led faster and this is how you maximise your internet connection to its fullest potential. You can see that when you d/l torrents for eg.
