I believe in institutions and fair play. Laws are to apply fairly, not suka suka apply them only when it serves their purpose. In state vs Tey, there is NO case.

My guess is that such arrests so early in the morning will 'disorientate' you and make you more ka por luan. Intel (ISA) cases, on the other hand, prefers midnight arrests. Makes interrogation easier when you are at your weakest (going to bed).
