Note: Diablo 3 is a GLOBAL game. It makes no difference where you buy it from other than price, how quick that copy takes to get to you and if they are reliable in getting it to you. You also need to choose if you want a boxed copy or digital copy. The RMAH is locked to the region your Battle.Net account is set to (listed as "Country of Residence" under Account Management). So you can buy the copy from the UK. Then choose to play on the NA North American Server. You can then use the NA North American Gold auction house and the Real Money Auction House in the North America region with your copy purchased from the UK.
Note: All versions of the game include both a PC and MAC version of the game. So the DVD will have both a PC and MAC version on it. If you purchase the digital copy you will be able to then download both the PC or MAC client. You do not need to buy a separate version of the game for each platform. This is in line with most Blizzard game releases.
Note: It is possible to update your D3 account at a later time to CE edition. For this, once Diablo is released, you may place the Collector's Edition on your Battle.net account, which will override the current Pre-ordered Standard version. Once that occurs, you will receive all the rewards from the Collector's Edition and you will need to contact Blizzard directly on 1-800-592-5499 so they can provide you with a new CD Key that can be placed on any other Battle.net Account. Billing representatives are available to take phone calls between 7 am to 8 pm Pacific Standard Time, 7 days a week.
It is better to get the boxed copy rather than the digital copy.
Firstly, those eager fanboys would have congested the download servers which will make your digital copy download speed very slowl.
Secondly, the boxed copy will include a nice booklet.
The Koreans finished the game in normal mode within 6 hours. What is amazing it took Blizzard 11 years to develop a game and 6 hours to complete.
ok and then what? Fyi blizzard didn't want to release the game too early not that it took them so long to develop the game they wanted to milk wow and diablo2 first and also so what if the game took that long to develop? It was well worth the long amount of time taken cos it got such a big response from locals here and elsewhere. It even got a thread started on this forum and it's just a PC game. It's the same with movies. Some movies take a few yrs to complete and the total run time is perhaps 90 mins give or take. You are writing dumb and dumber stuff.
only the easiest mode (normal), it will not be possible to do it in higher level in short time.
You don't play Diablo before or else you will just shut up.
Players in D3 has already reached max level 60 within 48 hours of hardcore gaming and now they can go to Inferno Level play.
It took me years for my Amazon to reach level 97 being a casual player in D2. Even hardcore gamers took a very long time to be at level 99 which is maxed.
I was apprehensive about buying the game waiting for inputs from those who play. So far in this forum no one who is playing is saying much. In other forums they are giving D3 a thumbs down. Looks like I will not be buying after all.
bro, talking about D2, my Amazon was stuck at the lvl 2 boss leh...u noe the fat worm...fucking hell, always kenna stung and died...dulan...i have no problem bashing my way through with a barbarian...
anyways, its D3....i really want to play but i cannot be a hardcore gamer....LOL...think i wait for one month before purchasing, wait till servers stablise first.
I find it quite easy if you have a long range skill and a decoy. Try using the Witch Doctor and u will know. So far been quite easy. Not sure about later stages.
