Imho dont even use a mobile phone...esp not around an area where there might be a cctv.... If they can find out where you made the call, all they need to do is to ge all the relevant cctv footages of the surrounding area where you made the call ...and they can slowly trace back to where you might have come from and from there find you.....
Internet cafes with no cctvs would be your best betfor communications....or do it the colombian drug trafficker way... Get a internet hotmail account with a shared password, do ot send anything but conduct the conversation via uploaded drafts....and ask your counterparty to check at specified timings....no sent mail, nothing goes through the network, no cookies,...nothing traceable .....
Money is your best insurance..... Anyway the spf doesnt wNna do any tracking themslves...they just release the information t the indonesians so tht they can blackmail you until you bay tahan then you have to come back and face the music....prison time is better than a life s a fugitive as they say....
If you ran away with millions, you betterr not be thinking you are gonna live the high life..... If you are running because they will hang you otherwise, maybe thats not so bad afterall,...every extra day alive is already a bonus .....
