Seriously i think its abit slow..mayb sales is not picking up for blk C onwards..trying to get more discounts for my relatives previously but got rejected..end up didnt get as many units as planned and relatives got upset with the attitude of one particular sales person

I dont think there is any difference between the two..maybe UEM use villa to describe the resort living that one can expect at EL..with the landscape and beautiful internal garden plus modern house architecture..
