Who Will Win - Japanese vs Chinese Stealth Fighters

Recently a Japanese magazine posted conceptual photos of the proposed Japanese F3 Shinshin stealth
fighter shooting down a Chinese J20 stealth fighter, along with photos of a proposed aircraft carrier.
The F3 Shinshin also known as the Mitsubishi ATD-X, is a concept stealth fighter seen as Japan’s answer
to China’s J20 stealth fighter but is not expected to be fielded until 2033.

Likewise, Chinese netizens displeased with the destruction of their prized fighter took action by using
Photoshop to create their own fictional scenario of a J20 shooting down a Japanese plane.

The world's best fighter pilots on war records are Chinese in the late 1930s. Having only about 300 fighters, they fought a Japanese air force with about 1,500 fighters off Chinese skies in the world's first air dogfight. That was even before the famous Battle of Britain.

The popular movie term Flying Tigers team came from the Chinese Air Force. They were the first to be able to breach Japanese airspace when even the Americans and British couldn't. But they didn't drop bombs, they dropped pamphlets asking Japanese civilians to help persuade their government to end the war, otherwise next time they'd have no choice but to drop bombs. Too bad, they either didn't heed the advice or failed to persuade their government. When Americans finally managed to breach Japanese airspace, they brought along nukes and nuked them.

The second best should be Israeli Air Force pilots in the 1967 6-Day War. They blew off the entire Egyptian Air Force suffering practically zero casualty themselves. The third best should be British RAF pilots, first for that famous Battle of Britain versus German Luftwaffe, then for the Falklands with one aircraft carrier strength versus the entire Argentinian Air Force, then for Operation Desert Storm low level sorties.

Japs are a spent force. When you compare or project military capabilities just look at the size of the country's GDP, talent and mfg capabilities.

Japan has a shrinking population. In 20 years, if both country devote 5% of GDP to military, Chinese will be way ahead. Americans won the cold war because their economy was much larger not because Russian tech was inferior. To match the Americans, USSR spent up to 40% of GDP. That and the cost Afghanistan war collapsed their economy. They ran out of $

yeah but they are not chinese, they are american and they are call flying tigers. It is just like calling singapore ping pong team, singaporean, where they are PRC ping pong team.

The Chinese Air Force at that time was supplied and trained by US, yes, but not manned by US pilots. The first Chinese raid on Japan wasn't considered a raid since it dropped no bombs and fired no rounds. All returned safely to China. The major theatre of the China versus Japan air dogfight was over Chinese skies.

The first American air raid on Japan was a suicidal mission out of anger after Pearl Harbor to prove a point that US could raid Japan. It was led by Col. James Dolittle with some bombers launched from an aircraft carrier northwest of Philippines. They did drop some bombs and caused some damages but because range, it had to be a quick hit and run mission, planning to land in China since they couldn't fly back to the aircraft carrier. Some lost orientation and landed in USSR.

Nevertheless, that did achieve the purpose of halting Japan in its track and instilling fear as Japan had always thought US and Britain couldn't invade Japan. Japan pulled back its naval fleet west of Sumatra in the Indian Ocean planned for an invasion of British India back to Japanese side of Pacific for home defence.

US was also in full fury and steam by then, recovered and reassembled a fleet at Pearl Harbor. Basically, US was telling Britain, bro you go settle Germany, we'll settle Japan for you. That set the stage for the decisive Midway showdown. The Japanese staked all chips but lost and US chased them all the way to Okinawa. That was the end of Japanese relative invulnerability to air raid and invasion. The next flights upon Japanese skies carried nukes and the rest is history.

Not really, it would been a war of attrition, look at history, most conqueror start off well by the middle stage, they forgot to get "Ever ready" they use no name brand and battery die on them liao.

Hitler, Too greedy, recharge his batteries outdoor when father frost was hosting the the coldest party.

Alexander die young, battery habis mati liao, Conquerorholic body run out of battery acid.

Napolen, he forgot to recharge his battery also mati, too greedy taking on Russia.

Xerxes, too many cheap batteries, Ever ready is missing no one to lead, all mixed up imploded.

Kublai Khan, He forgot to take along his rechargeable batteries, his fleet cannot out run the Tsunami suma go to davy jones locker party liao.

The US did play a part by supplying equipments, the flying tiger are all ang mohvolunteers....

The first american ace in ww2.

Chin was born in Portland, Oregon to a Chinese father of Cantonese origin and a mother of Peruvian background. Motivated by the Japanese invasion of China, Chin enrolled in flight school in 1932. Along with 15 other Chinese Americans, he left for China and joined the Guangdong Provincial Air Force as the first and original group of American volunteer combat aviators, and ultimately integrated into the central government's air force under the KMT. After completion of additional aerial-gunnery training in Munich Germany, he returned to China for combat duty in which he was credited with destroying nine enemy aircraft between 1937-1939. In 1939, while flying a Gloster Gladiator, the fighter in which he scored 6.5 of his 8.5 aerial victories, he was hit by enemy fire and forced to bail out of his burning aircraft, and although he parachuted to safety, he suffered serious burn injuries. Nevertheless, after several years of surgery and recovery, and an escape from the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong,[1] he returned to China in 1944 to fly supplies over the Himalayas, a route known as the "Hump".

Chin is recognized as America's first ace in World War II. A half-century after the war ended, the U.S. government recognized Chin as an American veteran by awarding him the Distinguished Flying Cross. About a month after Chin died, on October 4, 1997, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the American Airpower Heritage Museum in Midland, Texas as the first American ace.

my battery also need to recharge so i might also be sa tiam

Oh shit ah ram i see what you wrote there now you'll see chinese dogs and ang moh pai keling kias wearing backside skin of the whites on their faces flaming you.

China had no ammo arms feul and planes. It was the Americans who supplied them. Even the Chinese themselves recognised that.

Bruce Lee was born in San Francisco and US citizen. That didn't make him any less Chinese, though technically by maternal bloodline he was 1/8th German Eurasian. I was born in Singapore and am Singapore citizen. That doesn't make me any less Chinese. If you're Chinese, want to be identified as Chinese, proud to be Chinese, you're Chinese. If you think otherwise, I don't give a damn what you want to be or who you want to identify with.

You yourself said it, the first American ace was a Chinese who joined Canton Provincial Air Force, not USAAF, USAF or USN. Indians and Arabs have the worst fighter piloting records in world air battle history. None of them won anything with some of them losing everything. Their best achievement was 9/11.

Why do the Chinese, who obviously didn't invent motorized vehicles and airplanes, make good drivers and pilots? It's a strange phenomena to me too. I'm just speaking from fact and history. Look at car mechanics and RSAF pilots, practically all Chinese. A Chinese driver on the road with a car broken down, first thing he'd do is fiddle with the engine, battery, fuel tank etc. until the car gets moving again. Most other races, first thing, call a car mechanic, who's always Chinese.

the Chinese were helped by Americans against the Japs, right ?

as for the Israelis..................they got superior planes.................but main reason is that Arabs can't fight at all.............

as for the Brits, the Argentines can't fight also lah...................

no doubt, the Germans were the best in WW2................hopelessly outnumbered..............and fighting capable Brits and Yankees...............

Bro but in the US they say asian drivers are the worst of all.

I'm surprised no body came out to argue with you when you wrote that china has the best airforce in the world except for that kannina fella. You should post that in a forum with more ppl maybe asiaone forum or in hwz and you'll see the chinese dogs and chinese that wear the backside skin of the ang mohs on their faces and indians etc all come out to disagree with you and make up all sorts of BS.

As for indians and arabs having the worst fighters of all. Yup they have the worst but they are the best in bragging.

Yes in WW2, unlike Japan who already knew how to manufacture their fighter and bomber aircraft, China couldn't and had to rely on US supply and training. And for political and strategic expediency, US wouldn't supply China with too many aircraft too to keep China at bay since they also knew China was a giant awaiting awakening. All US wanted to use China to keep Japan anchored down in a war of bottomless pit until their surrender, yes, use China area and population for attrition.

Yes, the Arab League couldn't fight at all. They didn't have any idea what's strategy and agreement for common cause. They outnumbered Israelis by 100 to 1 and they lost the war. That Israeli victory was the greatest military victory in world history since Sparta defeated Persia.

To be fair, the Argentinians weren't that bad. They put up a good and tough fight and managed to sink a few British warships and shoot down a few British warplanes too. But Britain being Britain, it's hard to beat them. On historical records, Britain had lost only two campaigns over a thousand years, the American Independence and the Japanese invasion of Malaya-Singapore. They won everything else. They retreated from global empire only because they were broke.

Dunkirk Retreat not counted as British defeat as the main objective was to evacuate defeated European allies and harbor them in Britain, then plan later. The silliest so-called world power was France that couidn't fight at all, crumbled and surrendered to Germany at the first sign of trouble at the gate. That forced the Dunkirk Retreat.

Actually I believe the best pilots in WW2 were the German Aces....the Luftwaffe got trounced cos they lost the war of attrition with the Allies. Also Goering's and Hitler's incompetent leadership...cos the Luftwaffe to lose many technological advantages they had,,

Last night, I gave them a corkscrew and still they couldn't figure out how to use it screw the cork off a bottle of wine. Give them free, still must teach them how to use it to open the bottle for them. You put them in an airplane cockpit, my goodness, they'll probably have to ask the flight attendants how to read a map and chart a course, maybe even ask the passengers. There's this (infamous and outlawed) joke in US.

Q. What would a Chinese do if you give him a switchblade and dump him in the middle of of a jungle?

A. He'd build a shopping mall.

Q. What would an Indian do if you give him a switchblade and dump him in the middle of a jungle?

A. Look for the jaguar playing with a switchblade and make it confess.

Don't be mistaken. I've nothing against them. They're mostly quite cute, fun and kind to to have around. But some jobs, not for them lah dah dey.

i think you read too much chinese book in mandarin, with vinegar and salt added by taiwan.

even your timing is so wrong, amercian start action way before pearl harbor.

the chink was hammer by japs until they recruit american fighter pilot, amercian ground staff, amercian planner.

without american logistic support and american pilot help, japs would wipe china out, and guess how chin repay american kindness, they invade them in korea. that how low chin will go.
