I don't support terrorism; neither do I condone apartheid and genocide. What I'm saying is that the Israeli-Palestinian issue is much more complicated than the reductionist narrative of one random isolated terrorist attack inviting a massive state retaliation. It goes back to the British mandate and the tumultuous events leading to the founding of Israel and the endless bloodshed after. There are no angels in this longstanding conflict.

Most SG Muslims do not support terrorism, but condone it as the work of their misguided brethren. Therein lies the problem; the moderates won't report the extremist plots and activities to the non-Muslim authorities.
