The forum Boss has a split personality, for sure. But I am thoroughly consistent. In all of my postings here since 2008, I have rooted for the PAP. 1. It is offering no real leadership. The country is like a ship which has lost its rudder. The government is allowing the ship to drift in the currents rather than attempting a proper repair of all that is wrong.

2. There is no long term vision of what Singapore will be in in the next couple of decades. Filling the island with an additional million bodies will do nothing other than add to the burden of the already creaky infrastructure.

There is nothing wrong with encouraging the careful use of water resources. It's a good habit to inculcate.

It's like money. Just because you have lots of it doesn't mean you should waste it.

Not good to be too frugal with water use when it is raining heavily. People should learn to enjoy the abundance when it is there and to save when it is not. Too often we make ourselves miserable by saving all the time and not consuming.

I beg to differ.

In TT Durai case, his office (gold tap) and his behavior (1st class air travel, his wife etc.) were long out in the street before Susan Long wrote in ST.
If he did not pursuit case against ST, this NKF saga would never be exposed.
Even patron (GCT wife), LHK (ex-health minister)... stepped in to defense NKF.
Fortunately, his big ego caused his own downfall.

In Michael Palmer case, there was external whistle blower (rumor said Cindy BF) blew it up.
Their close friend, minister TSL (many photos with Cindy), did not detect anything...
Or, may know it, but kept silent???

There were many other cases recently...
