In SG, you cant afford to get sick unless you can pay for it. Otherwise the pap will go after your children, your siblings, etc. or refuse to hospitalise you

not absolutely true.

hormone changes affect everyone and imbalance affect some people regardless of marital status.

the root causes of low fertility rate in SG need no rocket science to find out. the question is whether the pap really wants to know the root causes or are they just "wayanging". Does the pap have the political will to solve this problem and long term well being of SG at heart?

Is LKY truly happy? Look at GCT! Look at WKS, MBT, LSS, RL, VB, LHL, etc...I believe if one sows sorrow, he will reap sorrow and not have peace

no they dont complain abt Singapore. They love SG..they dislike pap policies. they are happy people but it does not mean that happy singaporeans cant dislike the pap

it's so sad that because many young singaporeans disagree with pap policies and dont want to conceive, they took birth control precautions at the expense of enjoying their loved lives

Low birth rates are also observed in North Asian countries, so it's more of a lifestyle choice rather than inept policy-making. But to use the low birth rate as an excuse to justify the current policy of population growth at all costs is fugging lame to say the least.

I agree with you. the pap is using this to create anothe bad policy. It reflects on the poor ability and weak leadership of LHL.

BTW, do you agree with the points raised by my friends in post#1 on reasons why they choose not to have children?

Why should they migrate if they disagree with the pap? They are SG citizens and they have every right to voice out against the pap if they think the pap's policies are not good for SG.

some gals find security in wealth and try to get and keep as much money as possible from their husband. Many dont mind her husband looking for another gal as long as he gives her money. that was her basis for security and marriage.

my philosophy is very different. i find that as long as I look good for him, satisfy him willingly and completely, he will not want to lose me. it's a win-win situation
