Who will Aljunied people choose in GE 2016 ?

The breakthrough was achieved in GE 2011 and Aljunied people showed the foreigners that Singaporeans were not stupid :p at their own expense.

5 years later who will they choose - WP or PAP ?

The WP slate in Aljunied is quite outstanding. I highly doubt the PAP will send a better team to contest in Aljunied. So obviously they would choose WP. I know I would.

In the private sector, when your boss promotes your subordinate to head your team and send you to some ulu outpost to spearhead new initiatives, you know your time is up. The PAP leadership is kind. I doubt it will ever come to that.

And I think Yacoob is a good man. The worst are the ones who have been keeping a low profile.

PAP were just lucky to get 49% at Aljunied GRC in 2015 and the next one will not easy for them.

For the local sinkies now, jobs are much more important than that worthless estate upgrading. Stagnant salary cannot cope with rising cost of living.

Sinkies cannot survive with no jobs and let see what happen in the next GE.

The issue is WP has dropped the ball at an effective opposition. I want to give the other better opposition a chance like ah thean n ah chee. But I doubt they can win a seat due to the Singkie nature. If WP looses ah chee n ah thean might go in as ncmp as WP will not take up ncmp seats if they lost their seats.

The WP aljunied team nearly lost. N my relatives who live there are upset with WP performance even though they voted WP. If they did not vote. WP would have lost. It just shows how unhappy the constituents are with them.
