US food delivery demand tips outfront and will do crazy things to the customers if they dont give enough $$$ to them .... local food delivery should also follow the AMDKs here .... :roflmao:
 
The delivery charges and included in the food. Except in the US, it's not. Even waitress and cooks pay not included in food bill. It's in the 20% tip.
