Gurkhas are having a bad reputation in recent years because of the MSK escape WKS blamed it all on them. But they carry out orders only.

Soon, very soon, all licensing and regulatory matters will be under a new department. That includes the security industry now under SIRD. AC Jessica Kwok will be Dir. Very pleasant lady.
