I think its PAP way of balancing the popluation. I've heard from a friend(Primary school teacher) who told me that it is pretty obvious who are making babies. The population of the Malays have gone up. The more money going to baby bonuses, the more they are making babies. It seems like getting more PRC and Indian FTs in is their way or keeping the ratio intact

Malaysia traditionally has been our source of ethnic Chinese even before PAP came to power..So is Indonesia to some degree..LKY family hailed from Indonesia..Combined the ethnic Chinese are more than 14 millions..All we have to do is attract 10% from these 2 countries alone and we can balance the increase of Malay population in an instance..
But ethnic Chinese Malaysians and ethnic Chinese Indons are not coming or willing to come to peesai except some...But they may not work for slave wages as PRC do.
That is the real reason...To push local wages down with sweat labor from PRC,India and Philpipines ..not because we because of more Malays giving birth crap.gl
