Donald Trump said people must remain “defiant in the face of wickedness” after he survived an assassination attempt during a campaign rally.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has said he was “appalled” by the attack on the former US president and spoke to him on Sunday afternoon, while Reform UK leader Nigel Farage said he was “very upset” but “not shocked”.

The PA news agency understands Sir Keir condemned the violence, expressed his condolences for the victims and their families, and wished Mr Trump and those injured a quick recovery.

The weapon used in the assassination attempt was an AR 15, which is similar to the M!6 rifle being sold overseas years ago by USA, except that the AR 15 has a shorter barrel length, but still capable of a shooting range up to 500 metres. ( The distance from the assassin to Mr. Trump was approx only 150 meters.)

Did the assassin obtained a mounted telescope to assist him in achieving his devious deed?

If not, by just using the AR 15 rifle's iron sight, at 150m, the assassin would only be able to see a small silhouette or outlined Human figure, let alone the ears....

However, as civilization progresses, Humanity realized that such acts are foolish & detrimental to political rivalry, as it makes the victim becoming a martyr, & the next in line in the opposing side will take over.

Thus a dead political rival benefits none, & worse, it will cause a bigger blowback as such acts amounts to terrorism by an organized group & that group will be blacklisted as a terrorist group by civilized society, with each member in that organization being hunted down with no remorse...as they had shown no mercy....

Every action COMES with a REASON, to wake up the next day to face the challenges of a new day, even the insane.
