The real spoiler in the presidential election was Tan Kin Lian. The other three Tans were legit candidates.

I know there are a lot of rumours going around about me forming party with XXX and I really do not know why there is so much interests in me forming a party in the first place. For the record, I am NOT going to form any party just yet.

Great analysis. I had my misgivings when he got permit to contest the PE when he literally bankrupted his previous company and never held a job since. Now I am wondering if we are looking at another Seow Khee Leng.

A Singaporean First Party plays directly into the hands of the PAPzis. One crucial strategy of the PAPzis continued stay in power is the votes of new shitizens. What the PAPzis have done is to deliberately create a great divide between new shitizens and true blue Singaporeans. By supporting new shitizens and foreigners, the PAPzis deliberately created a hate frenzy between the two groups by instigating Singaporeans to cry out against foreigners. The net result of this strategy is new shitizens voting for the PAPzis who they see as protecting them. The PAPzis are confident that they have a solid pool of 40%+ of votes. With votes from new shitizens they expect to scrape through again with about 55% of votes and a more than 2/3 majority in parliament.

TJS has just further entranched the PAPzi strategy of divide and conquer of new shitizens and Singaporeans. When it comes time to vote, of course do not vote for the PAPzis as there is still a good change that they can all be voted out with a Singaporean based vote swing of 10-15%. Vote for alternative candidates even if you think they are stooges. If these people want to hang themselves in front of the public then it is our job to give them the rope and even help them to tie the noose when required. The first job must not be forgotten and that is to vote out the PAPzis, log stock and barrel.

Transgender Loong has used the crying and regretful story once before. It will not be believed again. Transgender Loong will of course have another card up his sleeve. It is up to us to preempt this other strategy of his and to forewarn the people about it. If we had forewarned voters of his shameful and regretful message that his party, after over 50 years of rule has singlehandedly screwed up on public health, education, housing, pension, job security and transportantion then there is really no hope for such a political party.

We must preempt the PAPzis and their GE1026 strategy and include their last cry for votes into the analysis. The PAPzis are too deep into their greed. Thay have to spend a large amount of time to look after their own riches. They cannot really concentrate on a GE strategy in great detail. Just look at their pathetic manifesto to appreciate how pitiful they truly are as a political party.

TKL and TJS were spoilers. Neither was going to win BUT both were going to dilute opposition votes. That Nicole was in TJS's corner made him a good candidate for the PAPzis, much more than TKL. Nicole lost track and got sucked into TJS ex connections. Nicole is an egotistical person but lacks confidence to do things on her own. She thought that she could learn from TSJ but she saw how foolish her decision was then.

Let people like TSJ come into the fray. We cannot stop them. If there are indeed stooges then we give them the rope to hang themselves. We must first vote out the PAPzis so that new laws can be enacted that protect Singaporeans first and foremost.

...mass immigration of foreigners to make the natives really miserable. Go to any place in SG and the presence of FTsh is overwhelming. Also, the FTsh run wild in the country, jeer at the natives and are often punished lightly for criminal offences.

One of the challenges that many potential and capable candidates who have a relatively polished background and experience in a world outside politics is that parties like WP, SDP and even NSP either do not welcome them in readily or their history and makeup do not appeal to them.

This is where TJS and his party will appeal to them. TJS needs people quickly and they are not expected to to jump thru hoops to qualify. This would certainly be the case with WP where candidate selection is the toughest.

SDP having a chequered background is a mild statement. Every time hope surfaces, something silly pops up. Just this week Chee announced another one of his foreign trips where he will be perceive by many as living a life that does not match his rhetoric. The bankrupt with the car just does not jive with a sane individual. Just look at CSM, milking the "I take bus" angle. That's powerful. Then there is the washing the dirty linen overseas gripe.

NSP with Leonard has a mystery that has never gone way. Chris Neo was identified as mole and he killed himself over money matters. Then usual suspects will turn up just before elections and do their thing and return overseas to China, Vietnam.

So there is a very strong demand for a party that is seen as modern and ready to accept qualified individuals quickly. TJS has the network to tap it.

Don't get me wrong - I still think that TJS is an ego centric idiot that likes to harp about all the people he knows. It's just that he taking the opportunity to open a new vein where demand is there.
