From within China, nothing can fight CCP's army. Unless there is a general willing to start a coup and hand the power to democratic process which I seriously doubt will happen. The other possible scenario is total collapse of China's economy which resulted in mass riot and rebel. If not, China will be like North Korea Kim who rule even till now even if North Korea dying of hunger and illness.

Although it appears there is now more dissent within the country, you are right, the chinese people are powerless. It will need to be an externally driven effort, not necessarily military. Could be economic. The problem there is the world is so reliant on China for cheap products and labour. Need to wean ourselves off it. As for North Korea, they are a non-starter. And Russia is now also suffering because of the virus, it would be foolish in the long term for them to support a regime that can challenge their ambition for world domination.
