Honestly I cannot. I can't read a single character. Been here so long yet every time get into office speaks english and broken Thai. Home no choice must speak broken Thai or Isaan with maid. My wife more better, she hard working and now taking home tuition from an old teacher Chinese Thai. Wife can read adn write a little now. But speaking I better than her, for now only. I'm sure she's surpassing me very soon.

You must be able shock them Thai girls to wake them up to their senses. Read Thai signages. Write some simple stuff in Thai. Then they won't dare to bluff you. Speaking simple Thai lines, half of Malaysia and Singapore know how.
