Chitchat The Official TCSS Thread

As Man Utd are currently 2 down against Sheffield Utd
Now would be a good time to guess the next EPL manager to get sacked.
Here are the leading contenders...

Unai Emery (Arsenal)
Marco Silva (Everton)
QSF (Watford)
Manuel Pellegrini (West Ham)
OGS (Man Utd)
My prediction, 1st Silva, 2nd Emery
3rd QSF because he just re-appointed so should allow more time..

Unai Emery gone, bring back Arsene Wenger, actually I like Wenger brand of football.

Highly unlikely Wenger will return to the Emirates as he has just started a very well paid job as FIFA head of football development.
I wonder what Mauricio Pochettino is thinking? He has a lot of free time on his hands these days...

Arsenal is not a very big club in my opinion. Any good manager available is probably eyeing the ManU job or can choose Bayern Munich as well.

Mourinho was not interested in going back to ManU and Bayern didnt want him so Spurs was the natural fit for him. I think Spurs has way better players than Gunners.

You need a Gunners fan to go to Arsenal to manage. More likely Freddie Ljundberg will stay in if he is doing ok.

Emery did not field a strong team, he thought resting some players for domestic league might save his job but back fired.
Guendouzi, Lacazette, Pepe, Leno and Ozil all rested with Guendouzi and Ozil used.

It was just a matter of time regardless what he did. These days you can tell long before the manager gets sacked.

Bet you money OGS will be sacked eventually. Another just a matter of time. The longer the better for non ManU fans.

he is a survivor. when it seems that his number is up, he will get a big result ( like the Liverpool 1-1 ) to buy himself some more time. painful for ManU fans because he is their legend.

Exactly. Good. I hope he continues that way.

Quique Flores sacked after 85 days, I thought should give him more time. But losing to fellow struggling team ended his tenure.

Many must have lost money betting on this game.

The EPL is brutal but I agree - three months is not enough time to turn things around especially if you're at the bottom.
Still more to come I think.

OGS next two games is vs Spurs and ManCity.

I hope he can draw both games. Will save his job. Also take points off those two teams.

Perfect results for me.
