I would LUV IT if Mike Ashley appoints Kevin Keegan. :D

WBA appointed Tony Pulis
Ex Newcastle manager Chris Hughton went to Brighton
So Newcastle job will go to Tim Sherwood? or S Mc claren?

wow, Stoke leading Man U 1-0 after 2 mins by Shawcross.

A draw is a fair result. Looks like the wheels have come off Man Utd's recovery. Both Arsenal and Southampton have a chance to leap frog them tonight.

My money's on Southampton to win.

The problem at Newcastle is that Mike Ashley always has to get involved in managerial issues which are not his business. He may be the owner but team selection, transfer targets should be the responsibility of the manager.

Who would want to work for such an overbearing and high-handed owner? I'd rather work for Roman Abramovich.

As a sidenote, now that the transfer window is open, it's time for Liverpool, Arsenal and maybe Man Utd to open their cheque books.

Tottenham (or should that be Harry Kane :D) are on fire!

Just finished watching an eight goal thriller at WHL. When was the last time Chelsea let in FIVE?

Yes, what a game at White Hart Lane
Spurs wining 5-3 against Chelsea.
Mourinho: Can I buy Harry Kane?

With John Terry last minute goal, Chelsea still stay top by virtue of winning more games
because goal difference is the same as Man City.
In the course of the game, Man City, without kicking a ball, position changes few times
and finally still at 2nd after Terry's goal.

Chelsea only remain top because "C" comes before "M" in the alphabet. :D

Yeah, factors separating teams are points, goal difference and goals scored in that order, which are the same for both Chelsea and Man City.

So the only factor left is alphabet. If this was the end of the season, they would have to play a play-off match. :D

Yeah the team with alphabet C stepped on a B (banana skin) :D

Can Manchester City temporarily take out the 'M' and name Anchester City.:)

Stevie G not renewing his contract at Liverpool, but never mind he will sign for Red Sox and loan back to Liverpool.

Is throwing away 4-2 enough or 5-2? I am unsure to be honest. :D

Wow, Peter must be doing a little dance now.

75th minute, Valencia leading Real Madrid 2-1.

Let's see what is the final score. :D

Final score Update: 2-1 to Valencia. :p

Peter Lim stops what other teams cannot do, preventing
R Madrid from their winning streak in competitive games.
