The crux of the issue is Louis Lin's uncle, also affectionately known as Allan Lai / Allan Lai Chong Meng. He was the one that helped his nephew from being charged in court. He also extended the same help to his nephew's other friends, namely Terence Leong and Brian. What transpired is a classic case of bribing a public servant, in this case, an officer from SPF or DPP from AGC in charged of their case. We are not so keen on their corruptly accepting bribes, that's the small fish. We are after the big fish who facilitated the bribery of a public servant, and perverting the course of justice. And that big whale is none other then Allan Lai Chong Meng.

Now change tack dun talk about bunker bribes knowing you got no case.

Terence Leong is a director of " Spectrum Marine Resources Pte Ltd ". Allan Lai Chong Meng helped this ex-cop with the help of a lawyer friend to get the DPP to drop criminal charges for accepting huge amount of bribes while he was working as a surveyor. Allan lai Chong Meng also assisted to have criminal charges dropped for the rest of the crooks / surveyors in the bunkering trade, like his nephew Louis Lin, and friend Brian, who had an affair and fucked Terence Leong's wife according to Allan Lai Chong Meng. Terence Leong specifically told Allan Lai to keep his cuckolded issue PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL, but Allan Lai Chong Meng shared the " GREEN NEWS " with his friends and associates, resulting in great shame for Terence Leong. The fella who clocked 120 km/h is nothing compared to this irresponsible and dangerous idiot Benson Wee Chuan Min from General Electric who clocked 160 km/h in Jurong Island while on official business representing his employer !
What's worst, he took a snapshot of this picture of his speedo reading 160 km/h and posted on his Facebook. He even boasted that he will attempt to break his 160km/h speed trial on his next attempt there.
