My favourites:
1. Schindler's List

3. 10 (Bo Derek movie). Salivating at Bo's perfect body - those days no anorexia actresses, pure womanly curves :)

I've a few favourite Johnny Depp movies: Edward Scissorhands, Benny and Joon, Don Juan DeMarco, From Hell, Pirates of the Caribbean.

If you remember, Johnny Depp also acted in the Platoon war movie.. Another of my favourite war movie is Hamburger Hill and the 2003 movie To End All Wars which told the story of how a Scottish Regiment being held as POWs at a brutal prison camp in Thailand.. British actor Robert Carlyle played a great role as a Major of his regiment in that movie.. That Scottish chap is one hell of an under rated actor..

Anyone remember "Papillon"(Butterfly), loved it in my early teens. I put it in the same genre as Shawshank..

Pitt , Norton , Carter

1) "The Hunt for Red October" - Sean Connery, Alec Baldwin, etc - the chase thru the canyons, the gamble etc

2) "Sixth Sense" - Bruce Willis, etc

3) "Aliens" - Sigourney Weaver

4) "Fishing Village to 1st World" - 2013 release

I think your 4th is the best.

My favourite Western movie is "Ghost" for its engaging musical theme and romance. My favourite Chinese movie is 茶馆 (Tea House) which traced the fortune of a tea house through the ages from the Qing Dynasty to early days of revolution and Yuan Shi Kai.
