KNN the Merc driver is the provocateur, can't you even judge it? Both the Saab and Merc drivers must be put to death, period. Only with this kind of sentencing, will it then deter the other wannabes to sit up, take note and dare not to commit the same. Otherwise, no one is afraid of the laws because they know that the laws are never enforced to the maximum.

Nonsense. I see the Saab blocked by the motorbike and merc merely trying to Block Saab from coming into merc lane. But Saab was already travelling at the speed of light with no intention of slowing. Maybe drivers foot got stuck pressing the accelerator.
