For every good encik, there is another 9 lousy ones out there. I also know a good MSG who left the military because he don't want to nua with the rest. The situation is that bad in SAF. In simple terms, there is no proper HR in SAF. Most of them are just parasites in the system, and get their promotion because they are there long enough. If we do not have conscription, then only the good regulars will get their well-deserved promotions.

This kind of army siao can only find recognition in SAF. Eat, shit and breath army. Once he ORD, he'll be totally lost and disoriented with his life and will have trouble fitting into society.
