We take two Norgesic, for muscular pain like this, after 4 hrs, you still have that pain, take another two...if you still have it, very painful..after 8 hrs GO SEE A DOCTOR! FIRST!...don't go TCM first, you may do more damage...
sprain cannot be corrected by any herbs or drug.

My father used to take me to an Indian barber in Siglap. After giving my dad his regular haircut, he'd perform this head/neck twisting routine ending with a quick twist and snapping sound coming from my dad's neck. He didn't do it for kids like me then, but adults like my dad say it felt good when done and relieved of any stiffness. I think that barber shop is still operating across the road from Woo Mon Chew Road.

Stop sitting slouched over a couch, watching world cup soccer matches, the main cause of STIFF NECKS....during this time. Aiyah!..go rub, some wintergreen or buy from these Pinoy shops....rubbing alcohol..this will relive the stiffness...or go find an AH Mei...massage that neck...& you know where...
