I pay my PRC workers $1,100 to $1,200 a month.

I will never hire a local due to their laziness and come what may attitude.

This is a fact and stop arguing with me if you are not in the foodcourt business!!

But it the truth that you received $ 3,000.00 kickback for hiring a new PRC on a 2 years contract and another $5,000.00 if he/she renew for another 2 years after the first ran out. That alot of money considering the amount of workers needed to run a foodcourt.

And by the way, from what i observed after been to many foodcourts that employed PRCs, i found them overstaff. There were 4-5 workers behind every stalls, and bloody hell the customer had to "self service" after ordering. gees...all it take was just one person to cook and another to collect money and put the cooked food on the tray. This what you get when you had "big towkay" who had no experience in the actual running of a foodstall.

and also u stated u didnt "hire" any local, so what u did was to put old folks into your company rolls so as to beat the qouta on hiring of foreign workers right? By paying only the mininium into the old folks cpf account monthly, u get away with hiring more foreign workers than you be legally allow. Is this the act that a Govt supporter like you should do? This is cheating, i hope you dont get caught. Dun let me know which is your foodcourt as i will finger you as i am a good citizen. hahahaha..........
