Call the number stated there :

Why don't you try several alternative week day dates - for better chances and maybe use that to clear your leave too ?

So for all my effort and trouble, it seems that I only got ONE month (Sep) where I enjoyed 2 separate free 1N room stays

For in the following month (Oct) - only received Discounted Rate Room Offer - sighzzzz .... no more completely complimentary rooms
Bloody CRA - all their fault meddling into things they shouldn't !!!#%^^**

Well I can only hope that we'll still get complimentary rooms again + other worthwhile/valuable benefits - at least on/b4 reaching Diamond Membership ?

hi brothers and sisters,

bad day for slots....all not paying out....tried several including the Glitter and Gold Progressives...no payouts except one $70 over 777s xxxx...

the SilverRain is also not paying...didn't strike any BONUS at all!!!!

played a quick game of roulette at the $5 table...not bad for an hour's job...up $1K ....and left a happy man....played a few numbers which repeatedly appeared...28, 8, 18, 26 ,3 and 0 ....0 was repeated three times!!!!enough for me to make enough to cover everything.....they kept changing the croupiers ...so left the table and cashed out....

i got my first lucky strike when mbs first opened when i played the FaFa slot and i got $1700 from no where! i didn't even know where or how i got it!!!

but that was my first and last strike...after that nothing but losses...and i stopped playing..

is it true the slots can recognise you by your membership card? or is it just pure speculation? is it better NOT to slot in your membership card? play like a stranger??? members better chances of hitting the jackpot? is it true???

I have this question thats plaguing me. I use my Malaysia Genting card to clock points in RWS. So when I go to Genting, can the points be used to redeem my hotels and meals? How is the point converted (since I played in Spore and collected "Singapore" points)?

Hey - how come you don't use your Genting S'pore Card from RWS ?

Every one who has that M'sian Genting World Card would automatically already have that RWS Card 'pre-prepared' as RWS has ALL our M'sian records

I remember reading from somewhere that the S'pore RWS Points CAN be converted to the M'sian one : at a rate something like 3 :1 ???

This is what I think:

The machine does not recognise the player by membership card BUT the casino management CAN.
The casino choose the winner by reading his/her details thru the server and decide wheather or not to release the BIG jackpot prize to the player.

Machines located at corner/pathway or code number ends with 1 stands a higher chance to hit the jackpot. I have seen this many many times. The machine that I won the jackpot too located at corner.
REASON: Corner/pathway machine has more room to accommodate crowd, casino simply wants to tell more people that they are really giving away prizes.

I went to RWS once a few months back. I am very sure that the Genting WorldCard cannot be used in RWS Casino to clock points. I was told to get a RWS Card, and being a holder of the Genting Silver Worldcard, the RWS issued a Silver Card to me. I noted that when the staff at RWS keyed in my Genting WorldCard Number into their System, all my particulars including my photo taken at Genting WorldCard Centre were found in their System. Within a minute, they issued me a Silver Card. I converted some of my Genting Points (GP) from my Genting WorldCards to my RWS Card just for the purpose of buying food & drinks in the Casino. The conversion rate is 3 GPs to 1 RWS Points at that point in time.
