Chitchat Sinkie Prettyboy Reservist Aloysius Pang Seriously Injured In NZ While Fucking Around With Howitzer! Guess Whether He Uplorry! Boss Sam Please Help!

I for one am glad he died. At least the family can move on etc. if he survived and end up like Jason Chee will be a fate worse than death. And his whole family suffer for him and dragged the family down. And worse still the MIWs etc will use him as a propaganda tool and just issue lip service to his sacrifices. In addition, why cant protocols be,,if injury happens etc, a helicopter get called no matter what? why must wait for the chain of command? In a real military exercise, there should a direct line to a safety officer from the PC level, the call should go in to the safety officer who tells the CO and get the chopper and an announcement be made over the radio. why need to go through LT, CPT, Maj, LTC, Senior LTC, BG etc? The safety officer should be next to the big wigs when the decision is made,....the requirement and conditions for helicopter evac can be stated clearly to all Officers, lost of limb etc etc and medic trained to make the decision, if its a minor injury of course u dont call a medical evac. Simple rules etc cannot even be implemented and followed and we have such a 'well trained' armed forces...In a real war etc, The COs need to trust the tactical decisions to the field officers,,if everything also require permission,,the battle is already lost.

The message sinkees need to get is that the SAF failed a serviceman. If the country does not have your back, why the hell are you fighting for it?

Aloysius is not from saf artillery formation but from Combat Service Support and Command (CSSCOM).

This is why Terry Tan, commander of the Combat Service Support and Command is at the conference and not Chief artillery Officer Col Michael Ma.

HAMILTON, New Zealand: New Zealand authorities are waiting for the green light from Aloysius Pang's family to conduct a post-mortem on the actor's body before he can be repatriated to Singapore.
An employee at Waikato Hospital’s mortuary, where Corporal First Class (National Service) Pang’s body is being held, said he knew “there was some urgency about wanting him to get back as soon as possible”.

“The coroner has a direction-in-principle to proceed with the post-mortem,” the mortuary technician told Channel NewsAsia on Thursday (Jan 24). “(But) they need the nod from the family.”
The technician declined to be named.

Pang, 28, died on Wednesday evening Singapore time, after sustaining serious injuries during a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) training exercise in New Zealand.
He had been carrying out repair work inside a Singapore Self-Propelled Howitzer - an artillery gun mounted on an armoured chassis - with two other SAF personnel when the accident happened at the Waiouru Training Area on Jan 19.
He was evacuated to Waikato Hospital, a regional trauma centre, where he underwent a number of operations to treat his injuries.

"Despite surgical attempts to repair damaged organs and putting him on artificial life support, CFC (NS) Pang succumbed to the injuries and passed away," the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) said on Wednesday.
The mortuary technician said military or police deaths in New Zealand typically fall under the coroner’s jurisdiction, adding that a post-mortem needs to be done before the body can be repatriated.
“There’s a specific piece of paper that we need, because I’m not allowed to take photos or blood, or anything like that, until we get the paper,” he said.
Once permission is granted by the family, the mortuary technician said the on-site post-mortem would take about two hours. The technician will assist a pathologist during the procedure.
Additional preparations could take another half hour, he added.
“Everything on our side is calm. We’re just waiting for everything to be in place.”
The SAF will make arrangements to bring Pang's body back to Singapore, MINDEF said.

You can bet that MINDEF will try to stop the NZ authorities to do a thorough investigation.
If MINDEF wants to clear its name, then it should ask the NZ authorities to do the COI.

Sorry for the mistake. Col Tan couldn't provide details beyond generalities. What is the point of them explanation when the details are not in and the facts have not been established.
It seems that MINDEF is so eager to cover its back.
The press conference should focus on showing sympathy and support to the deceased family instead of laying the groundwork for a whitewash. Damn these generals.

Actually now left only a few likely scenario of what happened.

Okay so they said he was on duty doing his work. see caption. then why Not give him the Sgt Rank ???
But not at war, Posthumous promotion should only be given during wartime. But with SAF.. anything is possible..

Major-General Goh said that Corporal First Class (NS) Pang was with another technician, and also a gun detachment commander inside the SSPH.

So the gun detachment command n maybe the other technician is dead meat..they should prepare for their execution soon

I can only say no one wants this to happen.
No one wants is one thing, it happens is another matter. The problem is the SAF will not resolve the matter n just cover up to make themselves innocent. But covering up n blaming others will not solve the problems. Because the root cause is not address. We both say there is no E stop switch etc. If these general admit there is no e stop n tat why he died. They will be blamed for being incompetent n who wants to accept responsibility? But if they accept responsibility tat it's a design problem, n install safety switches to all equipment n test it etc (spend money on safety upgrades) they will prevent another accident from happening but get discredited in the process. Why would these elites want to admit wrong doing or oversight n pay to solve it n loose their rice bowls in the process? So easier for the elites to lay blame n sweep it under the rug than solve the root cause of the problem.

Because from his position he can't be the person pressing the lowered bolt button.
Vice versa pressing button person won't be near the breech.

Theoretically there no E stop button.

Boeing has been sued many times.

i think the maker of this Machine is sue-able.

Maybe Lawyer lim Tean can comment on this case and take on this case.

machine made in Sg why no E Stop ?

ST kinetics or ST Engrg ???

As to what really happened can be divided into 2 major scenario.

Scenario 1 = All 3 horsing around then all 3 mistakes.

Scenario 2 (A)= No horsing around meaning only commander fault or whose error?
No checking of clear for men then press button to lowered barrel while Aloysius might still be standing.
Body and or uniform got click up by rising breech.

Scenario 2 (B)= As u know being in reservist might not be in full mode.
Aloysius might be in an unclear position and button pressed.

Scenario 2 (C) = Might want to test breech can lift own weight jump up on breech with intention to come down after breech rise but unfortunately unable to do so due to lack of time and or uniform stuck on breech.
