What do you mean intrude? Obviously the maid, a resident of the household, invited him in. Nothing illegal about it.

From a legal standpoint, no law was broken because there was no forced entry into the household. Hence, the man can't be charged.

From an ethical standpoint, the maid is not the owner of the household. Hence, she should not have invited him into her bedroom. But, there was no law that prevented her from inviting him into her bedroom without the owner's consent.

What the owners can do the most legally is fire the maid.

Correction. In this case, the maid is the employee of the residents of the house, the residents could be the owners I don;t know.. but the maid is only a live-in employee.. not classified as a resident of the premises.

She has NO right to invite anyone over without employer;s consent &/ permission.

the estate owner has the right to protect his/her property from any mischief or criminal trespass and of which the foreign worker had trespass into the premises of the estate owner and caused considerable annoyance to the estate owner.

No. What probably happened was that the man confessed that he was invited into the premises by the maid. The maid admitted it. The owner decided not to punish the maid, that's why the man was let off the hook.
