There are only 20 ministers in cabinet you twit. I know more about the PAP than you do even though I'm thousands of Km away in sheep land.

The number has actually gone down. In 2006 the cabinet was larger.

I am talking members of cabinet. In Wooden's last parliament, he had 15 members of cabinet. that includes ministers, deputy PEeMs, minister of states, etc. Today, Gay Loong's cabinet has 43 members. Cabinet is not comprised solely of Ministers only. In Gay loong's cabinet, if you add up all the appointments containing the word "Minister" (including DPM, Minister, Senior Minister, Minister with no portfolio, etc), there should be over 30. Basically the bottom line is under wooden, it took 15 people to run the govt and it takes 43 now under Gay loong. Not productive at all.

You are absolutely correct.

PAP wants to increase revenue, just increase petrol tax from 45c per litre to 70c per litre.
PAP wants more money, just increase GST from 5% to 7%
PAP needs money, just implement ERP
PAP wants more money, increase rentals


PAP doesnt care how the increases affect Singaporeans.

Individual increase may look insignificant.

But the collective increases cause business costs to go up, making SG not competitive and cost of living to go up for Singaporeans.

PAP's think that their method of increasing levies and taxes is flawless and bring in money for the pap. But in the process, such mindless greed kill SG.
