Bad thing about Bishan is there is no hawker centre in the town centre, technically there's one at Shunfu but that is nowhere near the MRT station and actually is located in the Marymount territory.

Bishan was originally a buffer zone between Toa Payoh and Ang Mo Kio, the entire town was created as an afterthought in the 1990s.

And please do not make another new 'hawker centre' in Bishan run by F&B cronies, similar to this one in Yishun:

Japan's property prices stayed stagnant for almost 30 years, after they peaked.

Imagine china and singapore's property price staying stagnant for just 10-15 years. Everyone of us will just be working to pay off debts and interests.
