Hey, I saw a MacDonald's being built 3km down Jln Daya opposite the CIMB bank. Quite a big restaurant, I must say.

Cool, children will enjoy it, folk like us will have a place to meet up.

tehre'll be a lot of mosquito, insect and lizards. dont' be surprise if see snake also. dun worry, the species is not poisonous type. part of landed living!

Used to kill lots of mosquito during pass few months, but not the case during my last two visits. SETIA must have woken up. Omg, it was unbearable with those mosquitos attack.

Phase one should have one terraced house, the smallest end lot unit. It's about 600K+, you may want to check with sales office if it's still available.

is it mahogany the first end lot closest to the setia indah/jp perdana t junction? you sure 600k++, was quoted 800k ( a few month back). think it got 10 ft land ie size of land 32x80. can't be 600k ++ unless setia drop price.

we all just sharing.. no issue. if not wrong the lot is next to TNB station, that's why cannot sell. location is good, facing green and also new commercial lot on the setia indah side.
