Actually I'm not so worried. As what Tekkun has shared...this is likely the base coat. Once the building structure is completed, they will paint all the railings nicely, as what is shown in the brochure.

No contractors will paint finishing coat at this stage of construction. It will be done only at the very last moment.
Your unit in T1 or T2? Paid the 15% progress billing already or not?

I still don't see any brown color fencing. :D

the railing u r seeing is for the balcony of the three cuscading facility floors

The construction progress is far too slow. It could take another 1.5-2 years to complete at current speed.

Slowly but surely..it will complete, late by 1 year. Fine with me. :D

Heard Teega TOP may be earlier by 6 months. Any one heard anything also ?

Not on Teega, but I'm watching the imperia auction of a 1680ft property with interest. Initially offered at 1.6, then 1.4. Now being offered at 1.1 later this month. Disappointing to see the resale/auction market not attracting bid interest at a discount rate in excess of 30% (only Malaysian eligible to bid) to what the market is generally proved at.

Wow. How to check this out? Issit online or is the auction done at some location?

Alamak , there are thousands of value for money condos price between 300K ~ 800K available for local Malaysians to buy . Why need to bid for expensive condo at one over million ?

Exactly!
So, those who had bought condo units over RM1mil will later discover what kind of resale market it is going to be but then, too late.

I may be wrong but I read it somewhere this unit is on the 7th floor and has a Japanese owner.
To pay a million yet no views might be tough. Never the less, the original launching price then was about RM700 to RM 750 then before discounts.

You can see it's diminishing asking price here:

1.4

1.1

Original asking auction price long expired. 24th floor.

The guy trying to on-sell at 1.5 for the same size (1700 sq ft) may be disappointed if there is something 400k lower and not attracting bids.

Banks will definitely use the prevailing market price for the first auction and drop progressively 10% everytime when there is a unsuccessful bid. One more drop and you can expect some action.
