Most probably He will go scot free after claiming insanity. At most lock up for few years.I bet he will enter a plea of insanity or otherwise use mental breakdown to plead for leniency. His family may claim he has a developmental disorder too -- I don't know.
We will see in this case what kind of sentence will be meted out.
