Ponds are quaint. I like ponds. Many a great movie has been made about ponds too. "On Golden Pond" was one of them. It was very touching.

Doesn't that pretty much describe the recent scenario. I saw images of people hopping across a row of chairs in order to keep their feet dry. The water couldn't have been more than 20 to 30 decimeters deep.

"Ponding" is a term used to describe the formation of a pond.

"Talk".... "talking".

"Walk"..."walking".

"Pond"..."ponding".

... and so on.

I hope you understand now despite the fact that you seemed to be having difficulties earlier on.


The biggest problem I have with the people in this forum is not their views, their beliefs, their convictions, their biases, their creed, their colour, their religion or their language skills, it's the fact that they have NO BLOODY SENSE OF HUMOUR!!!!

It may be a joke to you but you wouldn't find it so funny if you'd been a victim of the ponding. Imagine having a business shut down for a week as a result. You'd be hopping mad for sure.

You should reserve your sense of humour for more light hearted issues.

I don't think you should contemplate this further. Golden is several years more than Silver and you know Silver is already quite old.
