Q bay $904 to $1150 psf
La fiesta. $ 950 to $1100 psf

Anyone think it is going for less?

Not yet. When property price goes up like a rocket to the moon, and even taxi drivers become property price forecast expert advising you that property is the best investment that can never come down, that is a tell-tale clear sign of the crash is coming.

Was at Tampines St 1 yesterday morning and was caught in a small jam only to realise later that many cars were turning into Qbay showhouse car park. People are going crazy. Unless loan interest is increased drastically, it appears that nothing can eliminate their fear that the price will keep on rising. They have forgotten i997.

They have forgotten 1976, 1984, 1991/2, 1997, 2007, they have short memories...at this rate, we are going, the same Queue that are there today, may be come one, with bowl in the hands waiting for their free gruel from the NGO's in the future. That future may come faster than we know, better be safe & prudent today to survive!

The singapore market is controlled. Government has indirect control on it based on the policy they have. It will only crash due to external forces that is still holding up because everyone is printing money.

At first say 2013. Then say 2014. Now it is 2015?

Actually true. Most pinoys and prc come here to look for jobs not invest. You think given the difficulty imposed by the govt they will choose rental instead? If this is the case rental should go up.

Provided that our neighbor is not in deep trouble, read the news they are dicing with it, with their greed for money & so called brotherhood, their PM is visiting Gaza. the danger of a fallout will affect us.
