Unfortunately due to a combination of poor upbringing and a delusion of his own greatness and importance, he ends up behaving like a pompous, arrogant and high handed moron. What's worse is that he passes judgement not based on the issues, but on whether the people are "on his side or not". There are also those gongkia sycophants who continue to have their heads up his arse.
