If you refer to 5-6 gangs controlling lorongs 12 to 20, then you are spot on. I was under the impression 5-6 gangs control one lor. Yes, you are right -$200 for stall and $10 per screw and one SS control lor 4-10.

Nowadays also have standard fees collected under one control: ERP - sometimes S$1.00 sometimes S$2.00 every pass. The head gangsta also gets to decide if he wants to raise the amount at his descretion. You pass his territory, use his road, you pay.
