Based on the rational of having 7mil of population and 50% are FTs, there's no requirement of so many military installation.
All army camp and air base can be relocated offshore. Dont' need the F-16s, F-15s or whatever that needs a long runway.
Just get the Harrier jet fighter and more of those apache helicopters and that will save plenty of land space.

7 million population making up of 50% foreigners. We are already invaded and occupied without having a shot fire. No need for SAF anymore, just disband.

After disbanding SAF, more land to build infra-structure. Why stop there, increase to 8 million better.
