Ever since SMRT was under the management of last CEO Saw Phaik Hwa ...
The service quality had already dropped into abyss ...

Instead of taking a hefty salary cut , the new SMRT CEO's salary was doubled or
up another 200% even as service quality of the public transport continue to go downhill ...

I read an article about Honda company 5th recall on their hybrid vehicles ...
Special thanks for Bro EXBB on that ...

The entire Honda top management was asked to take a "quality related" pay cut
of more than 20% with all bonus , incentives and allowance all forfeited ...

Shockingly, our GIC / Temasek seems to reward their CEO when something goes terribly wrong ...
Hoping that by paying excessive salary can make all the problems disappeared ...

There is No accountability, no responsibility , no ownership of the problem ...
No wonder we can see Desmond Kwek happy go lucky during his inspection trip on the MRT train ...
